Trauma

• active bleeding → 일단 tranexamic acid(tranexan) 1g bolus → 객혈 등에서 처방하는 것처럼 tranxemic fluid로 continuous로 주기

• 수혈 = 1:1:1(6 pRBC 4 FFP 5 plt), 필요시 cryoprecipitate(fibrinogen<100), vitK+NS mix

• level A = blood warmer, 1:1:1 tranfusion시 가온된 혈액 줘야 hypothermia, coagulopathy 안생김

• pelvic binder : pelvic fx. 보통 massive bleeding, 출혈량 줄이기 위해 binder로 외부적 압박으로 지혈

• transfusion 시, Ca 떨어짐 → Ca 보충하면 resuscitation 에 도움 될 수도 (hyperK 처럼 calcium gluconate) = 4-6 units of blood 마다 10% CaCl2 10ml 주기
